Pine View’s Limited 5 Year Warranty

• Against material and workmanship defects. Limited warranty extends to the original buyer and may be transferred to subsequent buyers with the lifetime of the warranty.

Walls and Trim 5/50 Year Warranty

• LP® Smartside® walls and trim. Treated to the core with LP® SmartGuard® to withstand impacts, freeze-thaw cycles, high humidity, fungal decay, damage from termites and more.  LP Lap siding can withstand wind gusts up to 200mph.  In fact, the warranty even covers hail damage up to 1.75 inches in diameter.

• Choose from 20 or 40-year rust-thru metal roofs or GAF® Timberline® Natural Shadow® shingles with a Ltd Life-time warranty.

Flooring

 LP® ProStruct®.  Treated with LP® SmartGuard® process for longer-lasting performance in a variety of climates/weather, protection against fungal decay and termite damage.  Excellent resistance to warping, splitting and cupping. 1/10 Year limited warranty.  Standard floor joists are 16” on center treated 2”x6”.  12” on-center available.

Paints and Finishes

• Sherwin Williams features extended durability, wash ability, mar-resistant, superior touch-up, zero VOC’s, low odor, ultra-smooth finish, and one-coat coverage. SW offers a Ltd life-time warranty.
• 21 Standard colors are available. Or choose from one of the hundreds of colors from SW for a very small price to match your home’s exterior and or trim color.

Fiberglass Entry Doors

• Defects in structural materials, beading and workmanship for a period of 5 years.

Vinyl Kraft Windows & Patio Doors

• Lifetime Limited Transferable
